Meals
All meals are made with love and the freshest ingredients possible. Meals are free of gluten, MSG and refined sugar, and most* are free of dairy and soy. Generally, you can expect each meal to contain 1/2 cup of carbs, 4-6 oz. of protein, and 1 cup of vegetables.

Black beans, diced squash, onions, celery, bell pepper and tomato cooked in broth and spices served over cauliflower rice or rice.

Mongolian Beef & Broccoli
Organic ground beef cooked with sesame oil, coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, and broccoli served with your choice or rice or cauliflower rice.

Chicken Fajita Bowl
Chicken breast seasoned fajita style, served with spinach, Spanish rice and grilled bell peppers.

Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
Gluten Free oats, pumpkin puree, almond milk, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg), vanilla protein powder, topped with pumpkin seeds.
