Meals

All meals are made with love and the freshest ingredients possible. Meals are free of gluten, MSG and refined sugar, and most* are free of dairy and soy. Generally, you can expect each meal to contain 1/2 cup of carbs, 4-6 oz. of protein, and 1 cup of vegetables. 

*menu will disclaim if a meal contains dairy or soy.
